Summary
The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Tracking worksheet is used to monitor and analyze the development of a (digital) product over several weeks. For this purpose, it is being used to record how the product has changed over the specified period of time and whether this change has been positive or negative for users.
Step-by-step
  1. Define your KPIs and how you want them to be measured.
  2. Prepare your product to be ready to test. If your product is not ready yet, you can also use this method with prototypes that fulfil their required measurement purposes.
  3. Use the KPI Tracker template and enter the data you collected during the tracking period.
  4. This process needs to be repeated and can be an ongoing process that provides a great amount of safety to everyone involved, as you will decrease the risk of running into a position, at which you're not in sync with your KPIs anymore.
